Create a note with AT&T Collaborate
Notes are a content type you can work with in AT&T Collaborate. A note is attached to a specific workspace and provides a place to save details relevant to the workspace. In addition to saving richly formatted text in a note, you can also attach files, tasks, or other notes to your note. You can also add tags and followers.
Add a note (desktop and web)
- In the Workspace Messages panel, click the Attachments icon.
- Click the Note icon.
- Complete the note details. you can add attachments, suck as files, tasks, and other notes. You can add tags to help filter and search for the note.
- Click Publish.
Add a note (tablet and mobile)
- In the Workspace Messages panel, tap the Action icon .
- Tap Note.
- Complete the note details. You can add attachments, such as files, tasks, and other notes. You can add tags to help filter and search for the note.
- Tap Publish.
After you publish the note, you can edit it later to add followers who will be kept notified of changes to the note, depending on their notifications settings. You can also add comments to a note.
