Create a Geofence in AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on Tracking in the menu to the left.

  2. Click Geofences.

  3. The list of configured Geofences displays.

  4. Click New above the list.

  5. Click on the field under Name and enter a name for the Geofence.

  6. Click on the dropdown under Type.

  7. Click on the desired Geofence type.

  8. Click on the field under Address and enter the street address.

  9. Click on the field under City and enter the city.

  10. Click on the dropdown under State.

  11. Select the state.

  12. Click on the field under Zip and enter the zip code.

  13. Click Plot it on the map.

  14. Click on the desired Geofence shape type at the top right of the map.

  15. The entered address centers.

  16. Click on the plotted icon on the map.

  17. The Geofence populates.

  18. Click on and drag the buttons on the edge of the Geofence to expand or shrink it.
    Note: You can also click and drag the center button in the Geofence to change its location.

  19. Click Save.

  20. A confirmation message displays.

  21. Click Ok.

  22. The Geofence saves.
