Create a Defects List from scratch

1. Click on Engine & Maintenance in the menu on the left side of the database.

   

2. Scroll down to Asset Inspection.

   

3. Click on Asset Inspection.

   

4. The options menu displays.
5. Click on the Defects Lists button near the top of the page.

   

6. The configured defects list displays.
7. Click on the Add button near the top of the page.

   

8. Click in the field to the right of Name and enter a name for your list.
9. Click on the field to the right of Groups.

   

10. Enter the desired group’s name or click on the drop down arrow to see a list of configured groups. 

    

11. Click on the desired type to the right of Asset type.
12. Click in the field to the right of Parts and defects and enter the desired part name, and then click the Add part button.
    Note: To add more parts, repeat step 12.

    

13. Click on the plus symbol  to the right of the part name to add a defect.
    Note: If you need to edit a part or defect, click on the pencil icon  to the right of its name, or to remove a part or defect, click on the X icon  to the right of its name.
14. Click on the Save button near the top of the page.
