Create a client in AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on Dispatching in the menu to the left.

  2. Click on Clients.

  3. The list of clients displays.

  4. Click New client at the top right.

  5. Click on the field under Client name and enter a name for the client.

  6. Click on the field under Client reference number and enter the client’s reference number.

  7. Click on the field under Address and enter the client’s street address.

  8. Click on the field under Contact name and enter a contact name.

  9. Click on the field under Contact email and enter an email address for the contact.

  10. Click on the field under City and enter the city for the client’s address.

  11. Click on the dropdown under State.and select the desired state.

  12. Click on the field under Zip and enter the client’s zip code.

  13. Scroll down.

  14. Click Verify address.

  15. AT&T Workforce Manager verifies the address.

  16. Click Save.

  17. A confirmation message populates.

  18. Click OK to dismiss the message.

  19. The client displays.
