The Corporate Directory can be accessed using a designated soft key on your supported Polycom device. The following are supported Polycom devices: Polycom SoundPoint IP 321, 335, 550 & 650, Polycom VVX 300, 310, 400, 410 & 500, Polycom SoundStation IP 5000, 6000 & 7000.
Polycom Corporate Directory Overview
You can access the Corporate Directory using your supported Polycom device with your AT&T Office@Hand service. Use the designated soft key on the Polycom to access the directory. Results are displayed as a list when searching for First Name or Last Name.
Note: The designated soft key for Corporate Directory varies across Polycom models.

Accessing the Corporate Directory will depend on the model of your Polycom phone.
On the IP 335/321:
Press the More soft key > Dir > Corp Dir… > Search > enter the Last Name or the First Name of the person you are looking for > press Submit.
On the Polycom VVX Series:
Press the Home button > Directories > Search > enter the First Name or the Last Name of the person you are looking for, using the numeric keypad > Search.
