Configure a Driver

1. Scroll down to Administration in the menu on the left.

   

2. Click on Administration to the left.

   

3. Scroll down to Users.

   

4. Click on Users. 

   

5. Scroll to and click on the name of the desired user.

   

6. Click on the Driver tab.

   

7. Click the Yes button to the right of “This user is a driver:”.

   

8. Additional settings populate.
9. Click Yes or No to the right of “Prevent driver access to shared data:” to set the desired access.
10. To enter a driver’s key, click the Add new driver key button. Select the key type and enter the key’s information.
11. Scroll down.

    

12. Click Yes or No to provide the new driver with default data access.
13. Click on the field to the right of “Driver license number:” and enter your user’s Driver’s License Number.
14. Click the drop down to the right of “License state/province:”.

    

15. Scroll to and click on the state that issued the driver’s license.

    

16. Scroll to the top of the page.

    

17. Click the Save button at the top of the page.
