HOS Settings

  1. Scroll down to Administration in the menu on the left.

  2. Click on Administration.

  3. Scroll down to Users.

  5. The list of configured users is displayed.
  6. Click on the desired user’s name.

  7. Click on the HOS Settings tab.
    Note: The HOS Settings tab may not display for some user types.

  8. Click on the drop down to the right of “Ruleset:”.

  9. Scroll to and select the desired ruleset.
    Note: The information requested will change depending on the ruleset chosen.

  10. Set the desired options for the ruleset selected.
  11. Click the field to the right of “Home terminal:” and enter your desired location.
  12. Scroll down.

  13. Click in the field to the right of “Home terminal address:” and enter the home terminal’s address.
  14. Click in the field to the right of “Carrier number:” and enter your carrier number.
  15. Click On or Off to the right of “Yard move allowed:”.
  16. Click On or Off to the right of “Personal conveyance allowed:”.
  17. Click On or Off to the right of “HOS Exempt allowed”.
  18. Click On or Off to the right of “Adverse driving conditions allowed”.
  19. Click in the field to the right of “Authority name:” and enter the desired name.
  20. Click in the field to the right of “Authority address:” and enter the authority’s address.
  21. Scroll to the top of the page.

  22. Click the Save button.
