This article provides steps to configure the “Do Not Disturb” feature in Android OS with AT&T Office@Hand mobile app.

Limitations

When Android OS DND (Do Not Disturb) is turned on and Call from is set to “Contact only / Favorite only / None”, there will be no sound / vibration notification for any incoming AT&T Office@Hand incoming calls / incoming video calls.

1. Go to your mobile phone’s Settings > Do Not Disturb which usually has a moon icon.
   Note: The location of the “Do Not Disturb” setting may vary with each phone manufacturer.
2. Turn the switch on.

   

3. Select and set your calls from exceptions.
