Checking Latest Configuration Changes via Audit Trail in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal

This article provides information on how to check the latest configuration changes via the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal in the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.

The Audit Trail feature is available to all AT&T Office@Hand MVP and Video Pro+ accounts. Audit Trail allows Administrators (Super Admins or Billing Admins) to track the changes made to the account.

Admins can check changes made to the account, generate the report with filter options, and download the data recorded by the Audit Trail feature.

  1. Log In to your AT&T Office@Hand Account as an Administrator.
  2. Go to More > Service Console > Audit Trail.

    Go to More > Service Console > Audit Trail.

  3. Select the date range and click the filter button.
  4. Click Items Affected and select specific configuration changes.

  5. Click Apply.
