Changing iOS settings to allow messages to be archived in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.

  2. Scroll to and tap on Messages.

  3. Slide the button to the right of “iMessage” to off.

  4. The device is now ready to archive messages.
