Change Voicemail System Settings for AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand

This article provides information on how users and administrators can set their preferred voicemail system with either Mobility Voicemail or AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand Voicemail in the online account.

Depending on the s ervice package that you have signed up for, the AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand Mobility Voicemail can be selected in the voicemail setting options.

1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless or Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand account.
2. Go to the Admin Profile > User > User List > Users with Extensions, then select the user extension to modify.
3. Click Messages.
4. Select the Mobility Voicemail.

   

5. Read the Confirmation message, then click Continue to proceed.

   

6. Click Save.
