Change the Screen Layout in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings
Article #60253

This article discusses the different screen layouts in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings and how you can change your view of the participants during a meeting.

During a video meeting in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings, you can change how the participants are laid out on the main interface. Also, you can change the floating self-view of your video feed and integrate it into the video gallery.

There are three types of screen layouts:

Active Speaker view

The Active Speaker view displays the participant speaking at the center and hides the rest of the other
participants. To switch to this layout, click the icon or the (if someone is sharing their screen) on the upper-right of your screen.

Film Strip view

The Film Strip view displays the active speaker at the center, then displays the other participants at the
top. To switch to this layout, click the icon or the icon (if someone is sharing their screen) on the upper-right of your screen

Note: This view is only available when there are three or more participants in the meeting.

Gallery view

The Gallery view displays all the participants on the screen, then individually highlights the participant(s) speaking. This is the default view upon joining a meeting. To switch back to this layout, click the icon or the icon (if someone is sharing their screen) on the upper-right of your screen.
