Change the Recording settings in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk

Note: Recording is only available when a dispatcher is present.

  1. Click on the gear icon Image of the gear icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on Settings in the menu.

  3. Scroll down to the “Settings” section.

  4. Click on the Recording tab.

  5. Click on the dropdown under “Recording Type”.

  6. Click on either Record Manually, Record Always, or No Record.

  7. Select the desired settings under “File Name”. You can change the following settings:
    • Set the recording file name by clicking on the radio button to the left of either “Prefix call recordings with” or “Suffix call recording with”. Then click on the field and enter the desired prefix or suffix.
    • The field under Export Type provides the recording file format.
  8. Click on the Apply button to save the changes.
