Change the Alert settings in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Web Dispatch

  1. Click on the gear icon Image of the gear icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on Settings in the menu.

  3. Scroll to the “Settings” Section.

  4. Click on the Alerts tab.

  5. Click on the field under “Move Alert Older Than (Hours)” to set the time before alerts are moved into the log.
  6. Click on the field under “Alert Duration (Seconds)” to set the desired duration for alerts before it is marked as “Expired unattended”.
  7. Click on the field under “Alert Frequency (Seconds)” to set how often the tone plays for the alert.
  8. Click on the dropdown under “Repeat Count” to set how many times the alert tone plays. Note: This setting defaults to 3 but can be set to a minimum of 1 and an unlimited maximum.
  9. Click on the checkbox to the left of “Alert Reminder” to enable or disable the alert reminders.
  10. Scroll to the “Status Alerts” section.

  11. Click on the field under “Move status alerts older than (Hours)” to set the time before a status alert is moved to the log.
  12. Click on the field under “Status alert duration (Seconds)” to change how long the status alert displays before it is marked as “expired unattended”.
  13. Click on the field under “Status alert frequency (Seconds)” to change how often the status alert tones and messages are displayed.
  14. Click on the dropdown under “Status alert repeat count” to set how many times the status alert and messages display.
    Note: This setting defaults to 3 but can be set to a minimum of 1 and an unlimited maximum.
  15. Click on the dropdown under “Display status alert list under alerts” to set the desired method to display the alerts.
    Note: The options include:

    • With short message only
    • With status code only
    • With status code and short message
  16. Click on the checkbox to the left of “Status alert reminder” to enable or disable the status alert reminders.

  17. Click on the Apply button to save the changes.
