Cancel an order in AT&T Workforce Manager

1. Click on History in the menu to the left.

   

2. Click on Order history.

   

3. A list of orders displays.
   Note: If you do not see the desired order, use the filters on the left side of the list to narrow the results.

4. Click the View link to the left of the desired order.

   

5. Click the dropdown to the right of Order status.

   

6. Click Cancelled.

   

7. Click Save.

   

8. A message displays confirming that the order has been canceled.

9. Click OK to dismiss it.
