Call Recording in the AT&T Office@Hand App Desktop

This article provides information on how to record, stop, pause, resume or view call recordings on the AT&T Office@Hand app for desktop.

With the call recording feature of the AT&T Office@Hand app desktop and web, you can:

  • Record or stop recording an active call
  • Pause or resume recording
  • View call recordings

Recording a call

While on an active call, tap the More button, then tap Record.

While on an active call, tap the More button, then tap Record.

Stopping a call recording

  1. While on an active call, tap the More button
  2. Tap Stop recording

    Tap Stop recording

Pausing or resuming a call recording

While on an active call, tap the More button, then tap Pause recording.

While on an active call, tap the More button, then tap Pause recording.

To resume recording a call, tap the More button, then tap Resume recording.

NOTE: Your admin needs to enable automatic call recording for this feature to work.
