This article provides information about how to set the availability status to Do Not Disturb (DND) on AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand.

When enabled, Do Not Disturb (DND) will send all callers to your voicemail. The Do Not Disturb feature on your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated account is extension-specific; it does not affect other extensions. Users can also set their availability status as Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, or Invisible.

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile picture on the upper left.
  3. Tap your current Status, then select Do not disturb or preferred status.
