Billing Updates for Customers – Account Numbers not beginning with 831 only – AT&T Office@Hand

Sometime between July and December 2023, Customers whose account number does not begin with 831 will be upgraded to the latest Office@Hand platform. There are many changes that will occur including:

  • Your Service Guide will now be found at http://serviceguidenew.att.com/sg_flashPlayerPage/OAH2
  • You will have a new account number beginning with 831.

    You will have a new account number beginning with 831.

  • Your billing invoice will look different. Learn how to read your new bill.
  • New surcharges will appear on your invoice – click here to learn about taxes, surcharges and fees.
  • You will get an email invite to setup your credentials from AT&T Business Center
  • You will access your new ebill at AT&T Business Center.
  • Your bill payment remit address will change. Please remit payment for each bill to the specific address identified on each bill.
  • Late payment interest, if applicable, will start to be charged.
  • You will be able to sign up for multi-location billing. Contact your AT&T Sales agent for details if you want multi-location billing.

These things will not be impacted by this upgrade:

  • Phones
  • Phone numbers
  • Voicemail
  • Call logs
  • Login credentials
  • Programmed features
