Audio Settings for iOS and Android Devices in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings

This article provides information about the different audio settings available on iOS and Android devices during an AT&T Office@Hand Meetings video meeting.

How to join the meeting audio

You will be prompted to choose how to join the meeting audio after joining the meeting. Choose from the following options:

  • Use internet audio – Connect to the meeting audio through the VoIP connection.
  • Dial-in – Join the meeting by dialing a phone number.
  • Call Me – Call to your phone to connect the meeting audio.
  • Continue without audio – Connect to the meeting without audio.

Note: If you selected the “Continue without audio” option, tapping the Join audio icon at the bottom left will prompt you to connect using the above options again.

How to mute or unmute the microphone

Tap Mute at the bottom left to mute or unmute your microphone.

How to switch the audio from phone to speaker or Bluetooth device

After joining the audio, tap the Speaker icon on the upper left. It will be switched to iPhone (iOS devices) or Phone (Android devices).

To switch to a Bluetooth audio source, tap the Speaker icon, then select the Bluetooth device on the list. For iOS devices, you can select iPhone, or the Bluetooth device connected.

For Android devices, you can select the phone or the Bluetooth device.
