The AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App will need to be associated to a phone device to fully utilize the capabilities of your VoIP service. This article will guide you in setting up the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App on your computer.

Download and Activation | Desktop App

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.
  2. Go to Tools, click Desktop Apps.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator, hover on Admin Portal > click My Extension and then, click Tools.
  3. Click Download for Mac or Download for PC depending on your computer’s Operating System.

    Click Download for Mac or Download for PC depending on your computer's Operating System.

  4. Once the download is done, run and install the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App.
    When installation is done, you may now be able to log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Desktop App.
