This article discusses the Answered Elsewhere status that will replace Missed call statuses.
When someone answers an incoming call that rings multiple extensions simultaneously or sequentially, other users will see an Answered Elsewhere status in their call logs.
Call Answered Elsewhere use cases
Answered Elsewhere will replace Missed as the call result for the following use cases.

When you forward a call to a coworker who answers, your devices and apps will show Answered Elsewhere.
When you simultaneously ring a coworker when you receive an incoming call and your coworker answers, your devices, and apps will show Answered Elsewhere.

When a directed call pickup member answers your incoming call, your devices and apps will show Answered Elsewhere. |
Group call pickup |
When a group call pickup member answers your incoming call, your devices and apps will show Answered Elsewhere. |
Call Queue |
When a queue agent answers a rotating, sequential, or simultaneously ringing call, the other agents will see Answered Elsewhere.
When a queue call is forwarded to another destination after the maximum wait time or the maximum number of callers in the queue is reached and someone answers the other agents will see Answered Elsewhere.

Call Answered Elsewhere is supported by the following deskphones:
Answered Elsewhere will appear as a new call result in Company and User call log and Analytics historical reports, AT&T Office@Hand apps and integrations, and API results for Partner apps.

- AT&T Office@Hand App – version 24.2.30 (or later)

Yes. Phones and apps that support SIP Cancel (cause=200) will display Answered Elsewhere for the use cases described above.

Yes, the AT&T Office@Hand embedded app for Microsoft Teams supports Call Answered Elsewhere.
When a call is answered elsewhere, will the original recipient know who picked up the call?
The company call log displays who answered the call, but the user call log only shows the status Answered Elsewhere.
