Overview
- Your Plan
Displays the plan type, status, when your subscription ends, and the estimated monthly charges. The billing cycle listed on the web may not be the same as the AT&T invoice billing cycle.
- General Usage
This feature works as a counter and displays the account credits that you have consumed for the current Billing Cycle from Order and lets you see your total plan usage such as the Purchased Calling Credits. You can click on View All Usage Detail for more detailed information.
- Auto-Purchase
This feature ensures that you will never run out of calling credits for making international calls. It lets you select a Calling Credits package of $20 or $100, which will be automatically renewed when you run low, thus preventing any interruption of service. Purchased funds will roll over month to month for up to 12 months. The price of international calls will vary according to the applicable international rate.
- Services
Displays the total estimated charges for all your subscribed services. You may click on the View Details for more detailed information.
- Service Order Detail
Displays the information for Cycle from Order and order details for all your current active services. This section allows you to see the Service Name, Qty (Quantity), Price per Item, Total Price, Total Estimated Charges, and Actions. List Price does not include discounts, credits, fees and other charges. The final charge is from AT&T Office@Hand Invoice.
