About Alternate Numbers

With the AT&T Collaborate℠ service, your administrator can specify up to 10 phone numbers or extensions that can ring to your device, just like your primary phone number does. If your device supports distinctive ringing, you can choose 1 of 4 distinctive ring patterns for each number to help you know what type of call is coming in.

Manage alternate numbers

1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
2. In the Alternate Numbers section, click Set up or Edit. The Alternate Numbers page appears.
3. To turn on a distinctive ring for alternate numbers, check Turn on distinctive ring, and then click Save.
4. To change the ring pattern for a particular number, choose a ring pattern from the list in the row for that number, and then click Save.
