Assign a log to another Driver

1. Click on Activity in the menu on the left.

   

2. Scroll down to HOS….

   

3. Click on HOS….

   

4. Click on Logs.

   

5. The “Options” menu displays.
6. Click on the desired time frame under “Date Period”.
7. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Drivers” and select the desired driver.
8. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Additional logs” and select any additional logs you would like to display.
9. Click the Apply changes button.

   

10. Click on the log time you would like to assign.

    

11. Scroll down to the log list.

    

12. Click on the log you wish to edit. 

    

13. The log’s details display.
14. Scroll down to Driver.

    

15. Click on the dropdown to the right of Driver.

    

16. Select the desired driver.

    

17. If you have a co-driver, click on the dropdown under “Co-driver”, and select the desired co-driver.
18. Scroll to the top of the page.

    

19. Click the Save button.

    

20. If the log was previously verified, the new driver would need to re-verify it.
