Follow the steps to answer incoming video chat or meeting in your AT&T Office@Hand app for iOS.
You can now answer incoming video calls or meeting invitations on your AT&T Office@Hand app. Previously, incoming video calls from the AT&T Office@Hand used to appear as notifications on your phone, which was easy to miss. You would also have to tap the notification and then open the app before answering the call or invite. Now, it is easier to answer invites and calls on your AT&T Office@Hand app.

- Tap Remind Me to remind you later that you have received a call.
- Slide to answer.
- When you slide to answer, you can do the following on how to accept the call.
– Tap the Microphone to Mute/ unmute
– Tap Speaker to switch between Speaker or headset
– Tap Plus to start a new native call
– Tapping Video or AT&T Office@Hand will open the active meeting screen.
– Tap the X button to decline the call.

- Tap Remind Me to remind you later that you have received a call.
- Tap the X button to decline the call.
- Tapping Accept will automatically launch the active meeting screen.

Incoming Calls in Multiple Devices:
- You can decline an incoming call on the current device. This will not impact other devices and still can accept the incoming call.
- You can accept an incoming call on the current device, and it will be ignored on other devices.
Incoming Calls to a User without Meeting Permissions:
- The user will only can get a notification and a video call invitation. User can click Join to launch AT&T Office@Hand Meetings and join the meeting from there. User will be guided to download AT&T Office@Hand Meetings Mobile App if not installed.
For Users in China Region
- Call Kit feature is not supported.
- Users will only can get a notification and a video call invitation.
QUICK TIPS:
- You will not receive any incoming call when you turn OFF Video Calls notification. You can go to your AT&T Office@Hand app Desktop, click Preferences > Email & Mobile Notifications, and toggle the button OFF on Video Calls to disable.
- You will not receive any incoming call when you have set your Presence or Status to Do Not Disturb on either AT&T Office@Hand app Mobile or Desktop.
