Alerts and Notifications the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk for iPhone application

Important Information:

• Alerts and notifications are text and tone (depending on your phone’s volume settings) only and do not include voice.
• Alerts may be received while logged in to AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk and in available status.
• Alert details display in the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk application and the Notification Center with your current status. Swipe down from the top of any screen to open Notification Center and view details.
•  iPhone’s Enhanced Push-to-Talk application icon will also display the number of new alerts and notifications received as a small circled number.

  

Notification types:

• Instant Personal Alert –The sender wishes you to contact them. Tap the notification (or swipe if on iPhone’s lock screen) to open the application and view the alert, and then tap Reply to initiate an AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk call.
  Note: If the individual is unavailable, tapping the contact’s name will produce an ‘error’ tone and message.

  

• Missed Call Alert –The sender attempted to reach you via AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk. Tap the notification (or swipe if on iPhone’s lock screen) to open the application and view the alert, and then tap Reply to initiate an AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk call.
  Note: If the individual is unavailable, tapping the contact’s name will produce an ‘error’ tone and message.
