How do I set the Company Caller ID Name on my Office@Hand account?
When you place an outgoing call from your AT&T Office@Hand device, mobile app, or desktop app, you can display your Company Name with your number on your Caller ID. This article will guide you on how to set your Company Caller ID Name.
Note: You need to be an account Administrator to perform the steps below.
- Log in as an Administrator to your Office@Hand online account.
- Go to Admin Portal, and then click Phone System. Under Phone System, click Company Numbers and Info, and then click Company Caller ID.
- Enter your desired Company Caller ID Name. This name along with the phone number will be displayed to the called party whenever an outbound call is made using the local number as the caller ID. Max 15 characters.
Note: Does not apply to toll-free numbers.
- Click Save.
