This article provides steps for admins on how to add a Park Location group in the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.

Account admins can create a Park Location group which can be used by designated users to park calls, as well as to retrieve parked calls by other members of the group. You can add up to 100 park location groups.

1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
2. Click Phone System > Groups > Park Locations.
3. Click + New Park Location.

   

4. Specify the Group Name and Extension Number, then click Save.

   

5. Click Yes to add users who can park phone calls on this extension. Otherwise, click No, I will do it later.

   

6. Depending on the option you selected in Step 5:
   • Yes: You will go to the Add Members window. Select the name(s) of users you want to add, then click Add. All members must be added to the park location if they belong to a ring group.
   • No: You can add users to the park location group later. For more information, read our article on Managing Park Locations.
7. On the Park Location Phone Key window, click Yes if you want to automatically add the park location key to member phones. Click No if you want to add the key manually.
