Add work hours in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

  1. From the main menu, click on Activity in the column on the left.

  2. Click on Work Hours…, and then Work Hours.

  3. A list of current work hour categories displays.
  4. Click on the Add button at the top of the page.

  5. Click in the field to the right of “Name:” and enter the desired name.
  6. Click on the drop-down to the right of “Holiday group ID (optional):” to select a holiday group.

  7. Click on Add work time.

  8. Click on the drop-down box and select the desired day of the week.
  9. Click in the fields to the right of the drop-down and enter the start and end time.

  10. Click on the green checkmark icon Image of the checkmark icon. to the right of the hour fields to save the changes.
    Note: To add more days repeat steps 7 through 10 to add more days/hours.

  11. Click on the Save button at the top left.
