Add Work Hours

  1. Click on Activity in the column on the left and then scroll down.

  2. Click on Work Hours….

  3. Click on Work Hours.

  4. A list of current work hour categories displays.
  5. Click on the Add button at the top of the page.

  6. Click in the field to the right of “Name:” and enter the desired name.
  7. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Holiday group ID (optional):”.

  8. Select the desired holiday group.
    Note: In this case, we do not have any configured holiday groups, so we select None.

  9. Click on the Add work time button.

  10. Click on the dropdown box that populates.

  11. Select the desired day of the week.

  12. Click in the field to the right of the dropdown box.

  13. Use the controls to select the desired start time and then click on Done.

  14. Repeat the steps for the field to the far right to set the end time.
  15. Click the check mark icon Image of the check mark icon. to the right of the hour fields to save the changes or the X icon Image of the X icon. to delete the entry and start over.
    Note: To add more days and hours, repeat steps 9 through 15.

  16. Click on the Save button at the top left.
