Add or delete an asset in AT&T Fleet Complete

Add an Asset

  1. Click Settings on the left side bar.

    Click Settings on the left side bar.

  2. The “Settings” option defaults to the “Assets” tab. Click the Add Add icon icon at the top center of the page.

  3. In the “General” section, click inside the “Asset Name” field and type the desired asset name.
    Note: The “Asset Name” field is the only mandatory field.
  4. Continue filling out desired fields and/or selecting the desired drop-downs.
    Note: In the “Vehicle information” section, the “Make”, “Model” and “Year” of the vehicle will auto-populate upon entering the VIN.

  5. Once all desired fields are completed, click Save.

  6. The new asset now displays in the “Assets” list.

Delete an Asset

  1. Click Settings on the left side bar.

  2. The Settings option defaults to the “Assets” tab. Click on the desired asset in the “Assets List”. You can also click inside the “Search all columns” box to locate the asset.
    Note: You search by various general or vehicle information such as name, group, VIN, make, model, etc.

  3. Click the Delete Delete icon icon at the top right of the asset.

  4. A message populates to confirm the delete option. Click Delete.

  5. Notifications appear in the top right corner to confirm the asset is deleted.
