Add followers to a note, task, or file with AT&T Collaborate

Keep your team members aware of changes to a note, task, or file by adding them as followers. Followers receive notifications when the item is updated.

Add followers (desktop and web)

1. In the panel at the upper-right, click the Notes, Tasks, or Files icon, depending on the type of item you want to add followers to. A list of notes, tasks, or files appears.
2. Click the item you want to add a follower to. The item details tab appears.
3. Hover over the Followers panel until the Add icon  appears, and then click the icon. A list of members appears.

   

4. Select the members you want to follow the item. When you’re done, click the item details tab.

Add followers (tablet and mobile)

1. In the panel at the upper-right, tap the Notes, Tasks of Files icon, depending on the type of item you want to comment on. A list of notes, tasks, or files appears.
2. Tap the item you want to add followers to. The item details appear.
3. Tap the Add icon.

   

4. In the Edit Followers window, tap the workspace members you want to add as followers.
5. Click Save.
