Add Contacts to a Talkgroup in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Web Dispatch

  1. Log in to Web Dispatch, and navigate to the “Favorites, Contacts, and Talkgroups” window.
  2. Click on the CONTACTS icon Image of the contacts icon..

  3. Click on the checkbox to the left of the desired contact(s).

  4. Right-click on any of the selected contacts.

  5. Click on Add to existing My Talkgroup.

  6. The “My Talkgroups” window populates.
  7. Review the list of users under “My Talkgroups”.
  8. Click on the dropdown to the right of “My Talkgroup Name”.

  9. Click on the desired Talkgroup from the list.

  10. Click on the Add button.

  11. A message populates, confirming that the contacts are added to the Talkgroup.
