Add a system user with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

Note: Only admin users can add system users.

  1. Hover over “Admin” and click System Users.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Click the checkbox to the right of “Active” to make the new user active.
  4. Click the field to the right of “Name:” and enter the user’s name.
  5. Click the field to the right of “Login Name:” and enter the user’s login name.
  6. Click the field to the right of “Password:” and enter the new user’s password.
  7. Click the up arrow or down arrow to the right of “Update Interval:” to select the desired refresh interval.
    Note: This will specify in seconds how often GPS positions will be transmitted to the user.
  8. Click the field to the right of “Email:” and enter the new user’s email address.
  9. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Roles:” to select the desired user role.
  10. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Groups:” to select the desired user group.
  11. Click Save.

  12. The system user is added.
