Activating your Account | AT&T Office@Hand

This article explains how to activate your AT&T Office@Hand account during the onboarding process.

Once onboarded, you’ll need to activate your account. Admins will receive an email after purchasing an MVP license or activating a free trial. Users will receive an activation email after an admin assigns a license to them.

Activating your account in AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web

  1. Click Set Up Account in the activation email.

    Click Set Up Account in the activation email.

  2. Set your password, then click Continue.

  3. Select your emergency response location (ERL) from the list. If you need to add a location, click New.
    NOTE: EU customers won’t be asked for an emergency response location.
  4. Click Agree and Continue at the bottom right.

  5. Download and launch the AT&T Office@Hand App or use the web browser.

Activating your account in AT&T Office@Hand Mobile

  1. Tap Set Up Account in the activation email.

  2. Set your password, then tap Activate my account.

  3. Select your emergency response location (ERL) from the list. If you need to add a location, tap New.

  5. Download and launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile.
