View the Engine and Device faults report in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

1. Click on Engine & Maintenance in the column on the left and scroll down.

   

2. Click on Engine and Maintenance.

   

3. Click on Engine and Devices….

   

4. Click on Faults in the dropdown menu.

   

5. Click on the desired date range under “DATE PERIOD”.
6. Scroll to the right.

   

7. Click on Yes or No the right of “Include archived (historical) data”.
8. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Assets” and click on the desired vehicle(s).
9. Click the dropdown to the right of “Diagnostics” and click on the desired diagnostic.
   Note: In this case, we will not be selecting a specific diagnostic.
10. Click on the the desired source to the right of “Source”.
11. Click on the field and select the desired protocol to the right of “Protocol”.
12. Scroll down.

    

13. Click on Yes or No to the right of “Show dismissed faults”.
14. Click on Apply changes.

    

15. Click on the Reports dropdown near the top of the page.

    

16. Click on Summary.

    

17. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either “Standard” or “Advanced”.

    

18. Click on View in browser.

    

19. The report displays.
