70 Hour Workday Violation

• Why do I have a 70-hour workday violation?
  • In an 8-day period, the driver worked (ON duty + Drive time) more than 70 hours.

Violations can be accessed by:

1. Log in and click on Activity in the menu on the left of the database.
2. Click on HOS… and then HOS Log.
3. The options menu populates, click on the desired timeframe under “DATE PERIOD”.
4. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Driver” and select the desired driver.
5. Select the additional desired options.
6. Click on the Apply Changes button.
7. The HOS Log displays.
   Note: Violations are displayed in red.
