Viewing a SIM’s status using the AT&T Control Center Web Portal

  1. Click Devices

    Click Devices.

  2. The page defaults to the “Device List”.
  3. In the box to the left of “Search”, enter the ICCID, customer name, Device Name, End Consumer ID, Customer, IMSI, Division, Company or Asset Type, then click Search

  4. The device information populates.
  5. Click the blue link below “SIM #” or “Month to Date Usage (MB)”.

  6. The status displays to the right of “SIM Status”.   

    6.The connections tab populates.
