View the User Activity report with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click History.
  2. Click User activity.

  3. Click the field below “See history for:”, and select the desired user using the dropdown arrow.
  4. Click the calendar icon below “From:”, and select the desired starting date.
  5. Click the dropdown arrow below “From:”, and select the desired start time.
  6. Click the calendar icon below “To:”, and select the desired end date.
  7. Click the dropdown arrow below “To:”, and select the desired stop time.
  8. Click Show history.

  9. Click View details.

  10. Click Export.

  11. The selected user’s activity is exported to Excel.
