View invoice details for Global Smart Messaging Suite (GSMS)

  1. Log in to the Enterprise On Demand (EOD) billing portal.
  2. Click the “billing” dropdown, and then click View Billing Files.

  3. Click Call Details.

  4. The “Date Range” and “File Request” dropdown boxes appear.
  5. For details from the most recent invoices, click the “Date Range” dropdown, and then select an invoice date.

  6. Click View Files.

  7. Select from full details in XML format, SMS Details in text format or Tax Details in text format.

  8. Selection opens in a separate window.
  9. For details previous to the most recent two invoices, click the “Submit Request” dropdown, and then select an invoice date.

  10. Click Request File.

  11. Request is submitted and an email is sent to your address on file when the requested invoice details are available.

  12. Once email notification is received, the requested details are available for viewing under the “Date Range” dropdown.
