View a user’s information in the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Corporate Admin Tool (CAT)

  1. From the CAT home screen, click on Enhanced PTT Users on the menu to the left.
  2. Scroll to the desired user.
    Note: You can also click in the field labeled “Search by Name or Phone Number” and enter the user’s name or phone number to find a user.
  3. Click on the Show More icon Image of the show more icon. to the right of the desired user.

  4. The user’s information displays.
  5. You can click on the Show Less icon Image of the show less icon. to hide the user’s information.
