Call Park – Use Call Park on Desk phones | AT&T Office@Hand

Call Park is a feature which allows AT&T Office@Hand Premium users to put a call on public call park and have a user pick up on another phone by dialing the park location. This article will guide you on parking and retrieving a Parked call.

Use Call Park on Desk phones

Follow these steps to park and retrieve a parked call.

  1. Using the Softkey on AT&T Office@Hand Deskphones
  2. Using the Touch Tones (DTMF) on Non-AT&T Office@ Hand Deskphones
  3. Parking a Call using the AT&T Office@Hand for Desktop

Using the Softkey on AT&T Office@Hand Deskphones

  1. On an active call, press the More soft key until the Park soft key is displayed.
  2. Press Park.
  3. Listen to the prompt indicating that the call has been parked and the park extension.
    To retrieve the call, press * + the park location.

Using the Touch Tones (DTMF) on Non-AT&T Office@Hand Deskphones

  1. On an active call, press (#) (#). You will be provided with options to:
    • Return to the call
    • Transfer the call
    • More Options
  2. Press (*) for more options. You will be given the option to transfer, park or cancel the action.
  3. Press three (3) to park the call.
  4. Listen to the prompt indicating that the call has been parked and the park extension.
    To retrieve the call, press * + the park location.

Note: If your IP Phone does not support call park, you can use # # * 3 to park a call by touch-tone command. Refer to your IP Phone’s documentation for a list of compatible features such as Call Park.

Parking a Call using the AT&T Office@Hand for Desktop

  1. During an active call, click the Park button.

  2. A notification appears to let you select a park location for the call.
    Select Public, then click Park.

  3. A notification appears with the park location of the call.
    Click Ok.

    You can now hang up after parking the call.

  4. Pick up the call by dialing the park location from another extension.
