This article describes the steps for Administrators to delete users on their Office@Hand account.

Users ­ Add Users to your account

Note: You need to be an account Administrator to perform the following procedure.

  1. Log in to your Office@Hand online account.
  2. Go to Users > User list.
  3. Click the + Add User button.

    Click the + Add User button.

  4. The Add User window will guide you with the process. Follow the on­screen instructions.

Add Users with Phones

  1. Add Users with Phones:
    1. Enter the Number of Users that will be added.
    2. Select the State
    3. Select the Area Code.
    4. Click Select a Device. Click the picture of the device that will be added to the user, and then click Select.
      Note: You may enter multiple Number of Users if they all have the same State, Area Code, and phone.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Review the charges. Click Next.
    Note: Total charges do not include taxes, fees and pro­rates.
    QUICK TIP: To remove your order, click Delete.
  4. Set the Shipping Address for the User/s’ phones.
    1. Click Edit to change the current address set or click New to enter a new address.
    2. Type a new name under Ship Attention To.
    3. Select your Shipping Option.
    4. Click the checkbox beside the Area Code when done, and then click Create Shipping Group.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click the checkbox to confirm that you have read and understood the charges, and authorize the monthly recurring charges, and then click Next.
  7. Click Print to print a copy of the order. Click Done otherwise.
  8. A dialog box appears stating the order is being processed and that a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the Super Admin. Click OK.

Add Users without Phones

  1. Add Users without Phones:
    1. Enter the Number of Users that will be added.
    2. Select the State
    3. Select the Area Code.
      Note: You may enter multiple Number of Users if they all have the same State, Area Code.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Review the charges. Click Next.
    Note: Total charges do not include taxes, fees and pro­rates.
    QUICK TIP: To remove your order, click Delete.
  4. Click the checkbox to confirm that you have read and understood the charges, and authorize the monthly recurring charges, and then click Next.
  5. Click Print to save a hard copy of the order. Click Done otherwise.
  6. A dialog box appears stating the order is being processed and that a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the Super Admin. Click OK.

Note: Check your email for the Order Confirmation to complete the order process. This will be added to the unassigned extensions list. To assign the extension to a User, the Administrator must go to the unassigned extensions list and manually fill out the User’s details.
