User Shortcuts via Web
User Shortcuts are available from the Settings Shortcuts panel of the Main Page of your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T account.
Click User Shortcuts from the Settings Shortcuts panel to access the following:
My Greeting & Call Screening – to access and make changes to options available under Call Screening.
My Call Handling Rules – to access and make changes to Call Handling rules, e.g., how to handle calls during Business Hours and After Hours.
My Voicemail – to access and make changes to Messages and Notifications settings, i.e., Take my messages during business hours rule.
My Caller ID – to access and make changes to various Caller ID options. These include selecting the caller ID, which will be used when calls are made – RingOut from Web; RingMe, Call Flip, and Fax Number.
My After Hours Settings – to access and make changes to After Hours settings.
