Upgrading a User from Virtual to Premium via iOS
Virtual Users have the capability to do VoIP and Fax management through a virtual phone, Softphone or mobile apps. Premium Users have the capabilities of a Virtual user but will integrated desktop IP phone. You can change an extension’s type on your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T account from your mobile device. Follow the steps below to know how.
NOTE: You need to be an account administrator to perform the following procedure.
Launch your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T mobile app.
Tap Phone System.
Tap the extension you want to edit.
Tap User Info.
Tap User Type.
Tap Premium then click Next.
Tap Confirm then click OK.
