Uninstalling the Softphone on Windows 7

If installation fails, or if you are having issues with the Softphone, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall. Here are the steps to uninstall the Softphone:

Step 1:
Go to your computer’s Control Panel.

Step 2:
Double-click Programs and Features.

Actions in the photo are explained in the text.

Step 3:
Select the RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Softphone from the list, and click Uninstall/Change.

Step 4:
Click Finish to uninstall the RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Softphone from the computer.

Step 5:
After the Uninstaller removes the program files, wait for the prompt to restart the computer. Click OK to initiate a restart and complete the uninstall process.

NOTE: Some file folders and personal data will not be removed from the system by uninstalling the software. You may need to completely remove all files associated from the Softphone File Locations to achieve a successful uninstall.
