Share Your Screen in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings

This article provides information on how to share your screen during a meeting with AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.
The following controls appear at the bottom of the screen during a meeting. These controls will not be visible when you are sharing your screen.

Mutes / unmutes the microphone. Click the options popup menu to configure your audio devices and switch to telephone audio. |

Turn on / Turn off camera |
Turns the camera on / off. Click the options button to change your camera device. |

Share your screen |
Shares your screen with other participants in the meeting. |

Invite |
Allows you to invite others to the meeting. The invitation can be sent by phone, email, or by copying the meeting link. |

Show / Hide participants |
Allows you to view the participants in a Meeting. Click the button to show or hide the Participants tab. |

Open / Close chat |
Allows you to send a message to all the participants or to an individual during the meeting. Click the button to open or close the Chat tab. |

Settings and feedback |
Allows you to configure AT&T Office@Hand Video’s settings based on your preference. It also lets you report a problem or give other feedback. |

Leave meeting |
Allows you to leave the meeting. |
 |
Full screen |
Allows you to switch to the full screen view. |
 |
Back to window |
Allows you to get out of the full screen view. You can also press the Esc button on your keyboard to get out of the full screen view. |
How to share your screen during a meeting on the AT&T Office@Hand Meetings app
- During a meeting, click the Share Screen button in the meeting controls. For PowerPoint and Keynote slideshows, you need to share your entire screen.
- Select your entire screen, an application or a browser tab to share, and then click Share.
- Click the Stop sharing button to end screen or application sharing.
How to view participants
A separate window launches when the Attendee clicks the Participants button. If pinned, the Participants pane appears on the right side of the meeting window. On the Participants section, the Attendees can:
- Search – find specific Participants in the meeting.
- Mute microphone – Mute the microphone.
- Unmute microphone – Unmute the microphone.
- Turn on camera – Enable the camera.
- Turn off camera – Disable the camera.
To exit from the Participants tab, click the Hide participants
button, or click the Close
button.
How to view your messages
A separate window launches when the Attendee clicks the Chat button. If pinned, the Chat pane appears on the right side of the meeting window. On the Chat tab, Attendees can:
- Send a message to everyone in the meeting
- Send a private message to anyone in the meeting
- View unread message/s
To exit from the Chat tab, click the Close chat
button, or click the Close
button.
