Setting up the Salesforce CRM Call Center

To set up Salesforce Call Center, follow the steps below.

NOTE:  You have to be a System Administrator of Salesforce.com to access this feature.

Step 1:
Log on to your Salesforce.com instance as the System Administrator.

Step 2:
Click your name, and select Setup.

Actions in the photo are explained in the text.

Step 3:
Located on the left hand side, in the App Setup section, click Customize and select Call Centers.

Step 4:
Import the Call Center Definition File.

Step 5:
Select the downloaded Call Center Definition file from RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T and click Import.

NOTE:  The Call Center Definition file is in .XML format

You have now successfully set up the Salesforce Call Center feature.
