Creating Digital Signage on a dedicated TV display
You can create digital signage on a dedicated TV display.
NOTE: The Digital signage only option is only available for the Rooms app for Windows.
- In the Admin Portal, click the Meetings tab in the top menu.
- Click Add Room, then click Rooms List.
- Click Add Room.
- Under Room Type, select Digital Signage Only.
- Enter a name for your room.
- If you have a multi-site setting, select a location in the Site dropdown.
NOTE: If you have multiple office locations, we recommend creating a room name or naming convention that makes it easier to select specific rooms. A typical naming convention might consist of, for instance, [Office Location] – [Conference Room Name]. For example: SF – Ocean Beach

Setting up Digital Signage with Appspace
Rooms can display digital signage from Appspace. Your IT admin will need to register and set up the TV display on Appspace, then turn on Appspace in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal.
Register and set up the digital signage on Appspace
For step-by-step instructions on setting up digital signage through Appspace, go to the Publish Content to Browsers section of Appspace’s Publish Content to Apps, Devices, Employees, Email, or Web page article.
NOTE: Once the TV display is registered, Appspace will store a few keys in the browser’s local storage. Don’t clear the keys, or the device will become unregistered and stop playing content.
Firmware upgrades and reboots won’t clear these keys.
