Office@Hand: Setting the Hours of Operation

How to change the hours of operation of an AT&T Office@Hand User.

You can change the hours of operation of an AT&T Office@Hand User via Web.

This article discusses how both Administrators and Users can set the hours of operation. Click the corresponding link below:

Setting the Administrator’s Hours of Operation

  1. Log in as an Account administrator to your Office@Hand online account. 
  2. Go to Users > User list.

    Go to Users, and then User list.

  3. Click the name of the User whose settings need to be changed.

  4. Go to User Details > Settings & Permissions and click Edit under User Hours.

  5. Select either of the following settings and configure. Click Save to save your settings.
    • 24 hours: ­ Select if you want incoming calls handled the same way all the time, every day.

    • Specify hours: ­ Select if you want incoming calls handled differently when your business is open and when it’s closed.

  6. Configure your Timezone, click Edit under Regional Settings.

    Configure your Time Zone, Home Country Code, and Time Format. Click Save to save your settings.

    You have now configured a User’s Hours of Operation.

Setting the User’s Hours of Operation

  1. Log in to your Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Go to User Details > Settings & Permissions and click Edit under User Hours.

  4. Select either of the following settings and configure. Click Save to save your settings.

    Click Save to save your settings. You have now configured your Hours of Operation.
