Numbers – Set Company Phone Number Name or Label | Admin | AT&T Office@Hand

Account Administrators can set labels or nicknames for company phone numbers on the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account. It can be done on the Admin Portal > Phone System > Phone Numbers > Company. A phone number can be selected then a preferred label can be saved.

Set the Company Phone Number Name or Label

  1. Log in to the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Phone System > Phone Numbers > Company. Click the phone number that needs to be modified.

  3. Enter the preferred name or label in the space, then click Save.

Once set, the name will now be displayed when setting the Outbound Caller ID, on Advanced Call Handling rules or changing Phone Numbers.

Outbound Caller ID on User Settings

You can access this by going to your extension settings: Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID. When you click the Edit button, you will the nickname/s or label/s for phone number/s.

Outbound Caller ID on Templates

The Account Administrator can access this on the Admin Portal > Users > Templates. Select a template, then go to Outbound > Caller ID. When you click the Edit button, you will see the nickname/s or label/s for phone number/s.

Changing assigned Phone Numbers

The Account Administrator can access this on the Admin Portal > Phone System > Phones & Devices > User Phones.
Select a device, then click Edit Number below Phone Number. You will see the nickname/s or label/s for phone number/s.
